LaDarius Q. Davis is the Founder and Head of School at O.U.R.R.R. Servant Leadership and Performing Arts Academy, where he disciples and empowers youth to become faith-driven leaders through spiritual growth, leadership, financial literacy, self-defense, and technical training.

 

A highly decorated Marine Corps Wartime veteran, husband of 9 years, and father of three, LaDarius is deeply committed to rebuilding families and transforming communities through servant leadership. 

 

He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Theology, and is a proud member of Christian Faith Fellowship Temple where he leads the teen program.

 

Grounded in the belief “be the change you want to see” he leads with love, action, grit, heart, and spirit to raise up the next generation of Kingdom innovators and leaders.
