Servant Leadership & Performing Arts Academy
The History
Built to Uplift.
Called to Restore.
Driven to Rebuild.
The story of O.U.R.R.R. Servant Leadership Academy & Performing Arts begins with the life of its founder, Ladarius Q. Davis.
In 2015, Ladarius medically retired from the United States Marine Corps. As he transitioned out of military service, he felt a deep calling to do something greater something that would impact the next generation. He turned his heart toward music & missionary work with the youth in his community.
Ladarius had faced his own battles struggles with finding his purpose, learning how to manage finances, and building a stable future. While he had the support of loving wife and dedicated parents, there were still gaps in the practical tools he needed to thrive. Despite having a career, he was never taught key life skills like financial stewardship or how to discover his God-given purpose.
These experiences lit a fire in his heart. He didn’t want the youth of today to grow up with the same missing pieces. Instead, he wanted to be part of the solution to build what he never had. So he set out to design a program that would empower, equip, and inspire young people to lead lives of purpose, discipline, and faith. LaDarius believed in being the change he wanted to see. He realized early that there would be no savior to make change that he was called to do!
Alongside his passion for leadership and spiritual development, Ladarius has always held a deep love for music and the arts which began at the age of 5. He understood the power of creative expression in shaping identity, building confidence, and communicating truth that would have a lasting impact on generationa to come. This passion naturally gave birth to a school that not only develops young leaders but also cultivates their gifts through performing arts his first love!
With a clear vision and a servant’s heart, Ladarius founded this nonprofit to be a place where youth could grow spiritually, discover their purpose, express themselves creatively, and learn the skills to become the future architects of change. His mission is simple: pour into the future by investing in the now and the older serving the young.
With 10 years of missionary work in the streets of New Bern & Raleigh, North Carolina, Greenville, Mississippi, Enterprise, & Ozark, Alabama he wanted to take the vision to higher heights!
